Effective for all new NSF grants and funding amendments on existing grants made on or after October 1, 2024, NSF has archived the old Research Terms and Conditions (RTC) and the NSF Agency Specific Requirements. Unless otherwise specified, the Grant General Conditions GC-1 applies to all recipients of NSF grant awards, including Institutions of Higher Education. The GC-1 will not be applied to NSF cooperative agreements or to NSF fellowship awards made to individuals.
